Aggregated navigation metrics
The public area of the site may use technical and aggregated navigation metrics to understand how pages are accessed and how the experience can be improved.
These metrics may consider visited pages, approximate traffic source, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country or region.
Technical metrics may also include aggregated performance and experience indicators, such as page load time, visual stability and responsiveness.
The information is used to understand site usage and performance. Personal data and sensitive identifiers are not sent as properties of public navigation analytics tools.
Recruiters area
The recruiters area may receive data voluntarily provided during the controlled flow, such as opportunity alignment answers and interactions required to unlock protected steps.
This information is not sent to public navigation analytics tools. Data related to the recruiters flow is processed on the server and stored only when required for the application to operate securely.
Technical records and audit
The site keeps technical records and audit events required for security, access control, rate limiting, code validation, protected views, authorized resume download and internal notifications.
These records are limited to the information required to operate and protect the application. Tokens, cookies, service keys, plaintext access codes and other secrets are not stored in these records.
Cookies and consent
The site does not currently use first-party tracking cookies to collect public navigation metrics. For this reason, no analytics-specific consent banner was added.
This is a technical and operational decision, not a definitive legal conclusion. If new tools, cookies or purposes are introduced, the need for consent and a specific notice will be reassessed.
